I live in Bergen County but your office is in Mount Holly. Does that matter?

Not really. Our attorneys appear in municipal courts throughout New Jersey, including Bergen County, and for most routine traffic and municipal matters you won't need to appear at all under Court Rule 7:12-3. The consultation happens by phone either way.

I got a ticket on Route 46 / Route 17 / the Turnpike in Bergen County. Which court is it?

The summons controls: the court named on the ticket is the one that owns the case, usually the municipality where the stop happened.
