Free Consultation
Talk to us before you talk to the court.
The consultation is free and confidential, and there's no wrong way to start: call, send the form, or ask Marissa in the chat. The phone is answered day and night; form and chat messages get a reply the same business day. If your court date is this week, skip the form and just call 1-888-9-NOT-GUILTY.

What Happens Next
What happens when you reach out
First, we listen
You tell us what happened: the charge, the court, the timeline, the parts you're not sure about. All of it stays confidential.
Then, straight answers
What you're actually facing, what your options look like, and what our flat fee would be. If we don't think you need a lawyer, we'll tell you that too.
Then it's your call
Hire us or don't. Either way you'll leave the conversation knowing more than you did. If you do hire us, the court dates become our problem.
Calling about a ticket? Helpful to have ready
None of this is required — but the more of it you have, the more precise the first conversation gets:
- The ticket or summons. The ticket number alone — or your name or driver's license number — lets us locate the case and see exactly which charges are pending.
- Any photos, videos or paperwork connected to the stop or the charge.
- Your best guess at your driving record. Not sure? We can review it and, when it matters, obtain a certified driving abstract from the MVC.
- What you want out of it — avoiding points, protecting your license, keeping the cost down. We'll tell you honestly whether that goal is realistic on your facts, so we start with the same expectations.
